This beautiful estate is located on the hills of Chianti, in beautiful Tuscany, in the province of the beautiful city of Florence. The pride of this beautiful winery is the production of Chianti Classico, a very famous local wine. In 1969, the current owner family bought a farm around the ancient Villa, used by the previous owners only as a hunting reserve. Having cleared the uncultivated land and replanted the vineyards, today the estate at 350 m above sea level is the largest in the municipality of Greve in Chianti. On an area of ​​275 ha consisting of woods, (200ha), olive groves (5 ha), it owns 70 ha of vineyards mainly of Sangiovese, but also Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, from which it produces Chianti DOCG and Chianti Riserva. With an average yield of 600 g / m2, the estate produces 4000 hl of wine annually. With its 70 hectares of vineyards (100 if combined with the neighboring estate, and in any case all owned, reaching a total of 345 hectares), it guarantees a production of bottles able to satisfy the requests of every buyer. Also included in the sale are 11,000 hectoliters of Tuscany IGT and Chianti DOCG in bulk, as well as 20,000 hectoliters in barrels.
