In the village of Canggu, on the enchanting west coast of the island of Bali, the landscape sees white beaches and emerald rain forests. It is here that stands out this marvellous villa, designed by Roman architect Stefano Dorata who also took care of the interior design. The villa is rationally developed on three levels: services and utility rooms are in the basement; a large living area, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, extending beyond the large floor-to-ceiling windows towards the porch and swimming pool; also on the ground floor there are three junior suites all with ensuite bathroom; finally, on the first floor, the large sleeping quarters house two master suites with bathrooms and mezzanines. The sleeping area is in turn projected outwards through a large covered terrace. This fusion of interiors and outdoors is in constant relationship with the surrounding nature, light and ambience. The refined furnishings also follow this harmonious acclimatization: the floor is covered with Indonesian Ujung Pandang stone, the furnishings, almost all made by local craftsmen based on Dorata's designs, are in Suar wood, the pitched roof, typical of the houses on the island, is made of Bangkirai wood. The huge outdoor area includes a covered lounge area, directly connected to the infinity pool, and the grassy or paved terraces, all in a dream location. The villa in question is free on three sides, the fourth side is adjacent to a mirror villa of the same owner who gives the availability to sell both.
