Discover Italy’s leading fully staffed luxury castle-villa with a license, offering a most exclusive vacation home for groups up to 30 people. You’ll find it nestled on 1,500 acres (590 hectares), very private aristocratic estate in the rolling hills of Umbria, the green heart of Italy, overlooking the Tiber valley near Assisi, a 30 min drive to Tuscany, midway from Florence and Roma. The current owners are a real noble family descended from Napoleon Bonaparte, who own the whole estate since 1901 and who are proud to welcome all their guests and give a five-star aristocratic hospitality. Pieve San Quirico castle (main house), is a hillside stylish medieval castle built by Emperor Frederick II of Swabia. It has recently been meticulously restored and made into a luxurious villa with 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (15 beds), with breathtaking views around it and in total privacy. For large gathering, four additional apartments (8 bedrooms/15 beds) are available in the 11th century high Tower (guest house), just up the hill. The castle can be rent on its own, with no one in the Tower, or with additional Tower accommodation as required.
