This well-equipped winery, located in the beautiful Foggia, nestled amidst the picturesque hills of Puglia, boasts a generous 20 hectares of land, 18 of which are dedicated to meticulously cultivated vineyards of various grape varieties: Nero di Troia, Primitivo, Negroamaro, Sangiovese, Aglianico, Greco, Chardonnay, Fiano, Moscato. The efficient production process begins in a 900-square-meter reinforced concrete facility equipped with all the machinery necessary for the initial processing of grapes: 2 screw auger destemming and crushing hoppers with a tilting platform, vinification tanks with temperature control of various sizes (3 of 400hl, 3 of 150hl, and 10 of 100hl), various containers, all temperature-controlled (7 of 500hl, 10 of 300hl, and 10 of 50hl), and 2 pneumatic presses with a screw system served by 4 underground containers. Meticulous attention to the production spaces is given in every environment. The cellar for aging and bottling covers 1000 square meters. The fascinating cellar below for wood aging with barriques and large casks is equipped for wine refinement through centrifugation, tangential filtration, and a microfiltration system to ensure biological stabilization. To facilitate processing, it is connected to the upper floor via a freight elevator. Here, the area dedicated to bottling is equipped with all the necessary machinery: 1 rinser, 2 fillers, 3 cappers, 1 labeler, 1 washer-dryer, 1 capper, 1 cartoner, and 1 wrapper. An additional space of 300 square meters is dedicated to the storage of empty and filled bottles with convenient shelving. The spacious showroom, a generous 100 square meters, allows for an excellent display of products. Administrative and managerial offices are also present, along with comfortable accommodation for the caretaker. The entirely organic production yields 250,000 liters annually, including 10,000 bottles under its own label with 12 different varieties, 70,000 bottles produced for third parties, and an additional quantity of bulk wine ready for bottling destined for other wineries.
